Emerging Strategic

Emerging strategic tile

This is for senior operational leaders who have the potential, ability and ambition to reach senior strategic leadership positions. It helps them to develop the wisdom and insight needed by those operating at the highest levels. Participants can take part in a residential or online version of this programme.

Developing

Designed for individuals whose leadership has expanded across broader areas of the organisation’s business, this programme will explore the wider demands of strategic leadership and how to facilitate and implement change in a complex environment.

Experienced

This programme is for those who are operating at the most senior level. Participants will focus on the difficult leadership challenges that come with ultimate responsibility and explore how to become more effective as a leader.

Women in Leadership

Designed for female leaders who have responsibility for strategic, as well as operational decisions, this programme focusses on the specific challenges faced and explores the barriers and enablers that women encounter when seeking senior roles.

Part One: Wednesday 05 - Friday 07 March 2025

Bespoke

Working in partnership with your organisation or sector, we create bespoke leadership programmes that focus on organisational challenges. With an aim of helping sectors, organisations and individuals, realise their full leadership potential.

The programme challenged me to face some of my deepest grounded barriers in leadership. To realize it’s all perceived and to do so in an environment of trust and inspiration is beyond liberating.
