Our Impact

Since 1995 Windsor Leadership has been providing transformational leadership development programmes for senior leaders, at Windsor Castle.

The cross-sector exposure to different styles of leadership, combined with the quality and level of leaders attending, is what makes our programmes so unique.  

Over the past 25 years we have welcomed over 4,400 participants. With 95% of participants rating our programme as excellent or very good, Alumni regularly credit Windsor Leadership for having a dramatic impact on their leadership capabilities and, in turn, their ability to lead their organisations with more clarity, drive and effectiveness.  

The experiences of our Alumni really do tell a story, they show how our programmes have affected their leadership abilities,  influenced their broader perception of leadership in society and enhanced their impact as a leader.  


The Windsor Leadership programme provided a unique and powerful opportunity to draw on the counsel of a group of high performing individuals, brought together from all walks of life, to share leadership challenges with extraordinary honesty and candour.
