Windsor Leadership has changed me. It gave me the confidence to own my role as CEO, the strength to prioritise my wellbeing, and the inspiration to set a bold vision for my organisation.

I can say with confidence that experiencing Windsor Leadership’s programme set me on the path to becoming Chair of the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and the first Black Chair of a major national sports governing body in the UK.

The imposter syndrome had been a real challenge for me, but I now have a greater confidence born from the realisation that expressing a different viewpoint is actually a strength, and diversity of thought is actually appreciated by our leadership.

Many of the learnings from my first programme 11 years ago have stayed with me and one of the most powerful was the need to develop a strong leadership antenna to be able to distinguish the ‘noise’ from the important issues that needed addressing.

Windsor Leadership’s programmes have acted as a real springboard at several points in my career. The reason I've come back three times is because I wanted to meet more people, hoover up more insights and be inspired, stretched and challenged further.

Windsor allowed safe space for people to talk about significantly different perspectives with passion, often challenging and not agreeing, but respecting other viewpoints and sharing with integrity.
