Strategic Leaders Consultation

As a charity, Windsor Leadership aims to work with leaders across all sectors of society to help transform themselves, their organisation and society for the better. 

The Strategic Leaders Consultation is Windsor Leadership’s most prestigious senior programme and is held just once a year. Participation is by invitation only.

We believe that good leaders can become outstanding, and that society will keep changing for the better if leaders act with integrity and demonstrate moral courage in what they do, and the decisions they make. In order to help achieve this vision we create a safe forum for those leaders operating at the highest level from across all the sectors to debate, discuss and reflect on the complex issues of leadership. Previous consultations have generated thought-provoking discussions and ongoing innovative partnerships across sectors.
