Responsible Leadership: Preventing Burnout Workshop
Overview
Focussing on wellbeing and resilience, this Leadership Lab will explore how we as leaders can strengthen our ability to respond to setbacks and challenges. The workshop will also offer insights into how we might support those working for us, for example spotting early signs of burnout and mediating against it.
Format
This half-day workshop, held under Chatham House Rule, will feature speaker sessions with an interactive Q & A followed by facilitated breakout groups, where characteristic Windsor Leadership style conversations will take place.
