Olivia’s second career combines roles all focussing on societal improvement. These draw upon being an experienced Chief Constable of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary for 7 years, finishing in 2023. In this role, CEO of a monopoly, risk-based, highly accountable public service serving 2 million residents and leading 5000 people, she built and optimised meaningful partnerships across the public, private and academic sectors to reduce crime and vulnerability.
Olivia shares her time between advising the Mayor of London via his London Policing Board; advising Accenture within their public safety portfolio; Chairing Stonepillow, a charity empowering homeless people to transform their lives; Senior Associate Fellow with The Police Foundation; Member of the Advisory Council to The Howard League for Penal Reform; advisor to senior officials and contributing across public sector leadership development through the Windsor Leadership Trust and The King’s Fund Nexus programme.
Olivia is a keen road and gravel cyclist, a moderate skier and loves to walk. At long last, she is learning how to cook.
Olivia is an alumna of Windsor Leadership having participated on the Leaders in Transition programme and has contributed to several programmes.
