Women In Leadership: Breaking Down Barriers Workshop

Women In Leadership: Breaking Down Barriers Workshop

Wednesday 17 September, 09.30 – 13.15, Online

Overview

Despite progress, the number of women in senior leadership positions still remains relatively low and barriers at work are still a challenge for many women.

Join us as we use this safe space to open up the conversation, peeling back the layers from different sectoral perspectives, to explore behaviours and consider how we might use compassion, kindness and collaboration to break down the barriers.

We’ll also consider how we can create time for self-care, discover and build allies and explore the power of positive reinforcement in the lives of other women.

Format

This half-day workshop, held under Chatham House Rule, will feature speaker sessions with an interactive Q & A followed by facilitated breakout groups, where characteristic Windsor Leadership style conversations will take place.

Participant benefits

  • Discover how strengthening your voice and building allies can bring about positive change
  • Be inspired and gain reassurance by hearing other leader’s journeys of discovery
  • Develop greater levels of confidence in the actions you need to take.
