Leading With Curiosity And Courage: Developing A Culture Of Conscious Inclusion Workshop
Overview
How might we consciously create a culture of curiosity, courage, respect and understanding in which no one is excluded and all may thrive?
Join us as we explore how being more intentional in inviting honest conversations might enable those who may otherwise be marginalised to have a voice; bringing fresh perspectives, which could ultimately lead to strategic breakthroughs.
During this half-day experience we will also consider how we can take steps to recognise the unique talents and lived experiences of all those we work with, and how we can support colleagues in shaping organisational strategy for the benefit of all.
Format
Held under Chatham House Rule, this half-day workshop will feature speaker sessions with an interactive Q & A, followed by facilitated breakout groups, where characteristic Windsor Leadership style conversations will take place.
Participant benefits
- Consider how to develop a more positive leadership culture, which creates brave spaces for all to contribute, and shape the roadmap for your organisation
- Empower those who are more hesitant to courageously step into their role and purpose
- Engage in the conversation and deep dive into the theme with leaders from a range of sectors.
