Joining the coaching scheme

The criteria for joining the Coaching Scheme as a professional coach is as follows:

• You will have completed at least three Windsor residential programmes as a facilitator and be aligned to the Windsor Way guiding principles
• Be a fully qualified coach
• Have a Supervisor (or Windsor Leadership can supply through this coaching collective)
• Be willing to potentially supervise co-coaches within the scheme
• Have Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Be willing to appear in our list of available coaches on the Alumni Portal.
