
Developing Leaders
The Developing Leaders Programme is designed for those progressing towards more senior leadership positions who want to understand themselves better as a leader, and lead with purpose and integrity
The Developing Leaders Programme is offered both as a residential programme, held several times a year, and as a Live‑Online programme, delivered once a year.
Both formats are made up of two parts: a three day Part One, followed four to six months later by a two day Part Two.
Debate, discuss and reflect
During the programme, participants will have the opportunity to debate, discuss and reflect on:
- their everyday leadership challenges and how they show up as leaders
- developing greater self‑awareness, confidence and judgement
- understanding what leadership demands now — and how this may change
- making thoughtful decisions in complex or uncertain situations
- learning from different organisational and sector perspectives, and considering how these insights apply in their own context
Learn alongside peers at a similar stage
Participants will develop their leadership alongside other leaders, from a wide range of sectors and backgrounds.
We are meticulous in our selection process to ensure a diverse cross‑section of participants who are at a similar point in their leadership journey. This creates a trusted environment in which participants can reflect openly, learn from others, and build meaningful connections.

Held three times a year, the residential programme comprises of two parts and is suitable for participants who aim to continue their leadership journey to the most senior strategic positions.
Live-Online Developing Leaders Programme
In complex and challenging times, leaders need courage, resilience, agility and wise judgement. This programme supports senior leaders as they navigate uncertainty and change.
