Particularly relevant for people who have enjoyed a career in the military or police and are stepping down after service, and for those considering changing sectors or moving into portfolio careers.

Leadership Agility: Facing the unknown with confidence

We live in volatile, constantly shifting landscapes at work and in wider society. This Leadership Lab will explore how to lead with agility in times of change and uncertainty. We’ll consider how to overcome the limitations of fear, the value of listening, and how to equip leaders with the ability to face unexpected challenges and opportunities with confidence.

This Leadership Lab will explore the relationship between personal and organisational values, and how this can influence our motivation for leadership. The session will consider issues including the misalignment of values, the extent to which we can shape organisational values, and what to do when personal or organisational values change.
