Navigating CEO, Chair and Board Dynamics workshop

Overview

This half-day Leadership Lab will explore the key relationships between:

• the Chief Executive and Chair
• the wider Executive and Board, to ensure effective leadership. 

Key areas for consideration will include how to ensure strong, complementary, and harmonious working relationships, and clarity over roles and areas of responsibility.

Format 

Held under Chatham House Rule, this half-day workshop will feature speaker sessions with an interactive Q & A followed by facilitated breakout groups, where characteristic Windsor Leadership style conversations will take place.
