The Windsor Way Group

The Windsor Way Group is a space for alumni to pause, reflect, and continue their leadership journey in the company of trusted peers. It offers ongoing support beyond our programmes, rooted in thoughtful conversation, coaching, and shared learning.

Who is The Windsor Way group for?

The Windsor Way Group is designed for alumni who have completed our Future Leaders or Emerging Strategic Leaders programmes and want to continue their leadership development in a trusted peer setting.

It’s for leaders who value:

  • Time and space to step back from the day-to-day
  • Honest, reflective conversations with peers from across sectors
  • Ongoing support as they navigate complex leadership challenges

What to expect

The group builds on Windsor Leadership’s established syndicate model, offering a confidential and supportive environment for continued growth.

Members can expect:

  • Three online meetings per year, providing regular moments for reflection and connection, chaired by an experienced Windsor Leadership Facilitator
  • One-to-one coaching ahead of each meeting, helping shape individual priorities and maximise the value of the group discussions
  • A cross-sector peer community focused on clarity, purpose, and impact in leadership

The Windsor Way Group Details

What's included:

  • Confidential peer group, led by a Windsor Leadership facilitator
  • Three online sessions per year
  • Three one-to-one coaching sessions per year

Price: £1,000 annual subscription

Participant Numbers: Numbers will be limited to 12 to ensure an interactive experience.
