Tom Gardner - Senior Vice President, Honda Motor Europe
Tom is responsible for the commercial performance of Honda’s Automobile, Motorcycle and Power Product businesses, ensuring a safe and satisfying experience for Honda customers across Europe. He is a Honda veteran of nearly 30 years, and has held 16 different roles, starting in IT and progressing through product and country management, including Portugal and the Nordic region.
Married to Ellie, a teacher, they have three daughters. In his spare time, he loves walking, running and rarely being still.
He is an alumnus of Windsor Leadership, having participated in the Experienced Leaders Programme (2011), and is a member of the Windsor Leadership Working Groups, which bring together leaders from all walks of life to share their challenges and insights.
