Jo Youle OBE - Chief Executive, Windsor Leadership
Jo joined Windsor Leadership in February 2026 as Chief Executive. Previously she led the charity Missing People for over 13 years. Prior to this Jo was Director of Services at Missing People, served on the Board of Brook Young People for six years, and was a Samaritan for 10 years. During the 1990s she had a career in the music industry, working as a songwriter, pianist, and performer.
She was awarded ‘Rising CEO’ by the Third Sector in 2014 and received an OBE for her services to the families of missing people in 2022.
As an Executive and Team Coach, she brings extensive experience coaching leaders across business, education and charitable organisations.
She is a proud mum of a son and daughter, a completer of charity challenges, an avid reader, blog writer, piano player and TEDx speaker.
Jo is an alumna of Windsor Leadership’s Experienced Leaders Programme and prior to taking on the role of Chief Executive, was a speaker and facilitator on our programmes.
