The Windsor Working Groups are for Alumni of the Windsor Programme. They give participants the opportunity to continue their learning and development in a style similar to that of the Windsor Programme, maintaining diversity, openness and sharing of experiences with like-minded senior leaders.
The groups meet for one day every three months, hosted by members at their place of work where appropriate. In preparation, each member will have a one-to-one session with the group Chair which helps the individuals to maximise their learning and experience from the meeting itself. Many of our members have been with us for years, benefitting from the trust developed within the group, the safe environment and the subsequent learnings generated by this style of development.
By joining these groups you will expand your network of diverse, senior peers. You will also receive invitations to our Breakfast Briefings, Annual Lecture and access to our Alumni Directory.
Before deciding to join, we invite you to meet with the group Chair to explore the benefits of the Windsor Working Groups and also to assess which group would be best for you.
A limited number of bursaries are available for not-for-profit members.
