Sustainable Leadership: Enabling Flexibility And Resilience Workshop
Overview
Join us for our first deep dive of the year as we consider how we might foster energy, flexibility and resilience in leadership, when the work environment is constantly shifting.
During this half-day experience we’ll explore how we might lift our gaze from the day-to-day, leaning into the strengths and talents of our teams, and establishing rhythms to ride crises on a more sustainable footing. After all, as the old adage goes, ‘We can't control the wind, but we can adjust the sails’’.
Format
Held under Chatham House Rule, this half-day workshop will feature speaker sessions with an interactive Q & A, followed by facilitated breakout groups, where characteristic Windsor Leadership style conversations will take place.
