Sadie Visick, Sadie Visick Consulting

Sadie has spent most of her working life helping people and organisations fulfil their potential. She is passionate about creating an inclusive work environment which inspires people to give of their best and collaborate effectively. 

Sadie has over 10 years' C-suite and board level experience, including chairing a global education business and sitting on a plc board.  In her executive roles, she has doubled market share and profitability, turned around failing organisations and led a complex joint venture start-up.  She has experience of working in a range of sectors including media, creative agency, housing, legal services, outsourcing and education.  Prior to setting up her own consultancy and coaching business, she was Managing Director of international exam board, OxfordAQA.

During her corporate career, Sadie increasingly focused on leadership development, mentoring and coaching.  In 2012, she established Unlocking Potential, a national mentoring programme for disadvantaged students. She has also led initiatives that promote gender equity and support women to progress to senior roles, establishing AQA’s Empowering Women programme in 2015, and co-creating Alzheimer's Society's Women in Leadership programme in 2021.

Sadie is a double alumna of Windsor Leadership having participated on the Emerging Strategic Leaders and Leaders in Transition programmes. She has been a Leadership Development Facilitator for Windsor Leadership since 2012 and chairs a CEO’s Working Group on behalf of Windsor.
