Leadership Labs Cancellation Policy

As a not-for-profit organisation it is crucial that Windsor Leadership cover any costs in the event of a participant cancellation. If at any stage a participant should need to withdraw from an event, Windsor Leadership will reserve the right to request a replacement from the organisation, who will need to have a similar level of experience and be approved by Windsor Leadership, otherwise the cancellation policy below will apply.

Windsor Leadership Labs (Online Workshop) Cancellation Policy

  • All Leadership Lab fees are non-refundable. 
  • 28 days or more before the Leadership Lab you may transfer to an alternative Leadership Lab at no additional cost within the calendar year. 
  • Seven to 28 days or more before the Leadership Lab you may transfer to an alternative Leadership Lab for an additional £75 charge. 
  • Less than seven days before the Leadership Lab, or in the event of a no show, the full fee will be charged and no transfers are possible.
  • Fees must be paid in full prior to attendance.
  • The participant must be aware that Windsor Leadership may, in extreme circumstances, have to cancel the Leadership Lab at short notice. In this case a refund or transfer to an alternative Leadership Lab will be offered.
  • Notification of changes or cancellation must be addressed to Liz Ward at liz.ward@windsorleadership.org.uk   
  • Cancellation terms will apply from the date of receipt of notice.
