Stepping into a New Context: Career Transitions workshop

Stepping into a New Context: Career Transitions

Thursday 14 May 2026, 09.30 – 13.15, Online

Overview

This Leadership Lab is designed for those moving into a new career or sector, or those returning to work after a career break.  During the session we’ll consider purpose, values and reinventing yourself to prepare for a new opportunity. Particularly relevant for people who have enjoyed a career in the military or police and are stepping down after service, and for those considering changing sectors or moving into portfolio careers.

Format

This half-day workshop, held under Chatham House Rule, will feature speaker sessions with an interactive Q & A followed by facilitated breakout groups, where characteristic Windsor Leadership style conversations will take place.

Participant benefits

  • Building Confidence: Through interactive experiences and real-life stories, participants will be able to tackle leadership challenges with more assurance.
  • Shared Learning: You’re not in it alone. Benefit from the immerse safe space that only a Windsor Leadership event provides.
  • Sustainable Leadership Practices: Attendees are encouraged to think beyond short-term goals and focus on creating lasting change.
  • Actionable Takeaways: Participants will leave with strategies for applying leadership principles to their own career and organisational challenges.
