Snéha Khilay - Managing Director, Blue Tulip Consultancy
Inspired by the Gandhi quote ‘be the change you want to see in the world’, Snéha is a specialist diversity and management/leadership consultant working in the UK and internationally. She has provided training and consultancy support to a wide range of organisations over the past 20 years. She has advised board members, CEO’s, executive directors and senior managers on how to develop a strategic and operational approach to problem solving, particularly in relation to the changing stance on leadership diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias. Her focus, using effective communication skills, is on supporting organisations and the leadership team on how to ‘bridge the gap’, to create a better understanding of inclusive practices especially in relation to language, behaviour and attitudes/expectations. Snéha helps identify and implement effective solutions to their organisation-related ‘diversity dilemmas’.
In 2017, Snéha presented on BBC 1 Inside Out and BBC 2 Victoria Derbyshire programmes on unconscious biases related to the recruitment processes. She is often invited by LBC and BBC radio to share her expertise on diversity related affairs.
