Sarah Hobbs is the Managing Director of Talent & Potential, a consultancy business working for a wide range of clients on their talent, careers and performance management programmes. She has a passion for creating inclusive talent management strategies that cater to the many rather than just the chosen few. Before joining T&P, Sarah worked for several large corporate organisations heading up talent and learning and development. In 2017, she came out publicly as a transgender woman and began her transition process.
