Emer Wynne - Founder, Fluid Change
An organisational psychologist by profession, Emer has worked for many years helping blue chip companies drive organisational, group and personal change. With a BA Hons in Psychology, an MSc in Change and a post grad diploma in Marketing, Emer is also a qualified coach and psychometric assessor.
Emer works with organisations to develop people change strategies to create healthy, sustainable and effective business driven organisational change. A keen area of interest is to build capability in organisations’ leaders to deliver the increasing volume and complexity of change required of them in today’s world.
Emer has worked extensively in the IT; professional services; airline, communication, FMCG and media services sectors, delivering complex change programmes. Her independent consulting experience includes BAT, BSkyB, Royal Mail Letters, British Airways and Dentsu Aegis Network. Emer's work includes:
- Guiding teams to set strategic vision and develop sound implementation plans
- Designing and implementing personal leadership programmes
- Designing and implementing people change strategies
- Designing and delivering new leadership team development programmes
- Assessing and coaching senior leadership teams
- Coaching leaders to implement people changes
- Designing and implementing change capability building programmes.
Emer is married to Chris and lives just outside London with their three teenage children and Tibetan Terrier.
