Ann Ewing - HR Consultant

Ann is an experienced executive who has held senior roles in the energy, banking, and third sectors. She has led large, global teams, and reported at Board level. For the past 25 years, she has specialised in leadership development working in a wide range of strategic HR roles including talent identification and management, succession planning, organisational development, and change programmes. Her passion is working with people to help them achieve all to which they aspire, and all that is important to them.

In a similar vein, she teaches with the Open University, a wonderful institution that creates opportunities for people to benefit from tertiary education either to build on existing qualifications, or to gain access that was not available to them earlier in life. Ann's portfolio includes a bespoke programme for NHS leaders, and also the Master's programme in Human Resource Management. She has authored a massive open online course (MOOC) which has attracted global take up.

In addition, Ann is Vice Chair of Council, Royal Holloway College, University of London, and also Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. She is also Vice Chair of A New Direction, a charity promoting access to the arts and culture for disadvantaged young people.  She chairs the governing body of a school in South London serving a community with high levels of economic challenge.

Ann is an alumna of Windsor Leadership having participated on the Leadership Development Consultation in 2010.
