Alison Curtis, Relationship Specialist.
Alison is a Relationship Specialist.
Leadership can be a lonely place and is often fraught with difficult decisions, managing tensions (including your own) and unhelpful self-talk. Whether your issue is managing upwards; raising your profile; staying connected with your team when working remotely or in conflict; influencing a ‘difficult’ stakeholder; getting others to buy-in to your ideas and become more accountable for their behaviour, or just developing greater self-confidence, the solution generated will always be bespoke to you. Alison works by raising awareness of patterns and tendencies (both good and unhelpful!) in both individuals and teams in order to generate greater choice and control in re-defining the leader you want to be, and work-place culture as a result. In doing so, she helps to increase trust in difficult relationships, which subsequently raise the team’s performance.
In addition to being a relationship specialist, Alison has a particular interest in Neurodiversity, and is one of the few coaches who is working in this space. She has many testimonials of results she has achieved with leaders who are autistic (or suspect they are) and/or have ADHD.
