Leadership Academy Director

As part of Windsor Leadership’s strategic plan over the next few years, we are looking to raise our profile within the leadership development sector, as well as show how we, as a charity, make a positive impact on society through our engaged leaders and programme alumni.

This role will champion that objective by collating intel and themes from our events, sharing ours and our leaders’ thoughts on leadership, and demonstrating the impact on the participants, their organisations and society as a whole. This supports our ethos of “Good Leadership and Leadership for Good”. The role will also ensure our programmes are current and methodology is up to date to ensure effectiveness and quality. The role requires presence on our events, including some overnight, and subsequent engagement with our alumni to maximise development opportunities. An ability to deputise for the CEO may be required on occasions.
